Junior Suite With Sea View

This place is fantastic! The suite we stayed at was on the 2nd floor overlooking the promenade with a huge terrace on the roof. The room was very spacious with extra amenities such as champagne in the mini fridge, espresso machine, toaster and a plentiful of cutleries, glasswares and dishes. Plenty of supply of assorted coffee and creamer. The breakfast which was included was awesome. It's at one of the restaurants on the promenade a couple of steps from the room. You can order anything on the breakfast menu with multiple choices. The restaurant itself is very accommodating and the waiters are very nice. Our host, Mr. Roko Vrgoc, was probably the BEST host anyone could wish for! Based on the reviews and pictures we had high expectations of this place and still it blew us away! This was easily the best place we stayed during our entire trip through Slovenia, Montenegro and Croatia! We booked the Luxury Suite with the private rooftop terrace and the view from up there is the best on the entire seafront promenade! Everything about this place was perfect, from the location (sharing a wall with the ancient palace, yet facing the sea) to the manager, Roko, who provided excellent recommendations for our stay. We enjoyed 3 nights in a suite nestled in the15th century building of Diocletian's palace overlooking the charming Riva. The room was spacious, modern and well equipped with a roof top gorgeous terrace overlooking the Riva. What completed our superb stay was Roko, the manager who was there for us from 1st minute to last, carrying up our heavy luggage, giving us great recommendations for restaurants and activities, till solving our problems with Ferry to Hvar. Wow what an apartment! Stunningly modern yet so tastefully decorated to harmonise with the historic building - this has to be the best place to stay in Split! The view from the huge balcony is breathtaking! Everything you could possibly want in pristine condition. The fish market close by was fabulous so we purchased some prawns (local scampi?) and brought them back to cook for lunch. With local wine from the supermarket- it was memorable and shared with friends staying nearby. Breakfast was included and it was in a lovely restaurant out the front, Brasserie 7 that we would also recommend. Lots of other restaurants close by. The host, Roko, was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The place is clean and spacious. The furniture & other appliances are well chosen to provide both convenience and a pleasant aspect. There is a maid to make up the room and tickets for a delicious breakfast at a place nearby, so in this apartment the guest has all the conveniences of a hotel. The owners of this property have absolutely thought of everything there is nothing in this apartment but you need that isn't there. It is right in the centre of all the attractions it is easy to get to the ferry and catamarans and it was a short drive from the airport in a taxi which cost us €35 booked Prior. We sat on the terrace the first evening and sunbathed with a nice glass of wine in our hands and watched life go by beneath us. I can't recommend this property enough if you like luxury then book this you will not be disappointed. The owner gives you vouchers to use in the restaurant just beneath the property and the breakfast there was absolutely superb I have to recommend the large breakfast which has the best eggs benedict ever and fills you up for the day.
